11th Annual Butte-toberfest
2017 Butte-toberfest Musicians
These talented folks donate their time and talent to keep the crowds entertained all day! We couldn't do it without them.
The Red Mountain Band in Butte, Montana is a multi-genre folk, bluegrass, blues, rock, and old-timey traditionalish band that also writes and records music based loosely on these same time-honored genres. Influenced by traditional Appalachian folk music, the RMB brings the hills of Southern Ohio to the Mountains of Montana with a modern twist on one of the oldest styles of American music still played today. Our original songs are also heavily influenced by music and folklore gleaned from time spent in Europe, Central America, and South Africa. The result is an eclectic mix of legend, instrumentation, and rhythm that adds new variation to conventional style.
